Pretty Huge Obstacles
With more focus on fundamentals and alignments, Flow Basics classes are accessible to students of every body type, size, shape, age, and experience level.
Each 75-minute Flow Basics class will incorporate modifications for each practitioner. Keeping in mind structural differences of the body, the class aims to establish a good foundation for one’s personal practice and appreciate their own unique experience as they explore the asanas. The class will include a combination of standing poses, forward and backward bends and twists. Other than that, the class will also help prepare students for more advanced poses like inversions and deep back bends.
This class, formerly called Warrior Flow, is recommended for beginners.
