- STAY HYDRATED
Do bring your water bottle. Feel free to take light sips as needed.
Wear comfortable workout clothes (tank or a tee) and fitted pants or shorts, and of course, make sure you are ready with a pair of gym shoes (i.e. sneakers, rubber shoes etc).
- ARRIVE EARLY. – Come in at least 15 minutes before your class schedule so you can allot time for change of clothes.throughout the duration of the class. Water dispensers are available at the studio.
- YOGA MATS – Yoga mats are available for usage.
- LOCKERS – Lockers and wet floor amenities are exclusive to Kerry Sports members only. Feel free to use the lockers and shower rooms available in the Basketball Court.
