Pound is a full-body lung-busting, drumming workout session that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Rock it out to great music while using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks designed specifically for the workout.
Participants of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, are welcome to join.
