NT Sweat Session REMINDERS:
1. REGISTER YOUR NAME
aSign your name in the GoWell Attendance Sheet.
2. STAY HYDRATED
Do bring your water bottle. Feel free to take light sips as needed. This can be a pretty intense Cardio + dance class.
Wear comfortable workout clothes (tank or a tee) and fitted pants or shorts, and of course, make sure you are ready with a pair of gym shoes (i.e. sneakers, rubber shoes etc).
ARRIVE EARLY. – Come in at least 5-10 minutes before your class schedule so you can allot time for change of clothes. throughout the duration of the class. Water dispensers are available at the studio.
LOCKERS – Lockers and shower rooms are exclusive for Kerry Sports members only. Feel free to use the comfort room in front of Kerry Sprouts
