Sign your name in the GoWell Attendance Sheet.
- STAY HYDRATED
Do bring your water bottle. Feel free to take light sips as needed.
Wear comfortable workout clothes (tank or a tee) and fitted pants or shorts, and of course, make sure you are ready with a pair of gym shoes (i.e. sneakers, rubber shoes etc).
- ARRIVE EARLY. – Come in at least 15 minutes before your class schedule so you can allot time for change of clothes.throughout the duration of the class. Water dispensers are available at the studio.
- LOCKERS – Lockers and shower rooms are available at the studio.
- GLOVES & WRAPS – Gloves and wraps are available at the studio, but feel free to bring your own.
